Controlling three phase bldc motor with DRV8332

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8332

Hello

I am working on the ''DRV8312-3PH-BLDC-Sensored'' project to control a three phase bldc motor with DRV8332.

Please see the attached files,

it's a graph with Hall U (ch1) and bemf U (ch2) waveform around 1300rpm under no-load condition,

it seems incorrect when the bemf were going low and gets a high on the central suddenly,

is the commutation point a reason?

please provide some suggestion.

thank you

  • Hi,

Is it possible that another hall sensor is causing this behavior? Can you confirm that all hall are working properly?

You can also look at the gate inputs of the other phases to determine if something changed at the point where the BEMF started going high.
