H-Bridge

We need an H-bridge to switch the polarity of a 48VDC/3A supply. The switch rate is extremely low (once every several minutes). I have looked at the DRV8800-series and LM18201 which are single-chip solutions. Are there any other choices?

If we use discrete FET's are there bridge drivers that also prevent shoot-through?
