My enviroment is

OS(Win7) + IDE(CCSV5.21) +controlSUITE(PM_Sensorless Project) + HW(DRV830x-HC-C2-KI) + F28035 MCU

I follow the “DRV830x-HC-C2-KIT” How to Run Guid.pdf to do its turtorial step by step. In its' step18, there is a

notice : Do not reset the CPU without disabling these realtime options! What will happened if I make a msitake and reset the CPU without disabling these realtime options! How to fix it? I think it may be the reading that I keep getting the error message 【 Trouble Reading PC Register: (Error -1142 @0x0)...】which appears in a pop window.

Or, someone can tell me how to fix the error of 【 Trouble Reading PC Register: (Error -1142 @0x0)...】?

Wen-Gou,

Don't worry, I do this more than I'd like to admit. You won't do any damage necessarily (although you could potentially damage your inverter, but you won't with the DRV8312 EVM), just disconnect the debug session and launch a new one. I usually power cycle the board as well. In rare cases I start a new CCS session.
