DRV8402 not for new design ... why?

Sir, I am using the DRV8402 in an old product. I am designing a new product and consider using the DRV8432. Regarding the DRV8402 why does TI say not for new design? What is bad about it? What does the DRV8432 improve upon that the DRV8402 not have? Also very important for me to know when is the End-Of-Life for the DRV8402?? Thanks, Steve
