Datasheet describes:

Through FS pin selection,DRV11873 can be used for wide applications from low speed refrigerator cooling fans to highspeed server cooling fans.

FS status can only be set during device power up.

Please let me know in what speed low and high speed.

    Hello There,

    Defining low and high speed mechanical RPM would be difficult as it is function of motor poles and may vary for various motor.

    Actaully In the data-sheet, low and high speed are differentiated based on motor  parameters inductance/ resistance and back-emf constant (V/rad/sec) motors. Some motors such cooling fan have low inductance and back-emf constant which takes higher current in starting than compare to motor with relative high inductance and back-emf constant.

    Once again here also defining exact values are difficult therefore two settings are given, you may try both of them and select which gives you best starting performance.
