Hi,

i want FULL Bridge driver IC same as SM72295, but its VCC should be 20v or more.

Hi Vinay,

The closest DRV device we have is the DRV8711. It can drive 2 external H-bridges and supports 52V VCC.

Does it need to be a pre-driver? What kind of current does your application demand?

Hi Nick,

i already designed a charge controller board with SM72295, but it had the vcc of 14v but i want it more mean 20v or above.

so i need same 28 pin package model. please lemma know if any IC is there.

Hi Pavan,

I don't believe we have a drop in part for a higher voltage at this moment.

Yes, Nick is right, we don't have a higher Vcc drop in compatible part for the SM72295.

Why is there a need for a higher Vcc?
