Hello,

My customer uses the DRV8840.

He wants to know a minimum and maximum value of LOGIC-LEVEL INPUTS internal pulldown resistance.

How about a variation of pulldown resistance due to process variation?

Of course I know the value is no test and no guarantee.

    Hi Naoki

    Usually the internal pull down resistors have +/- 30% process variation by conservative estimating.

    What's customer's concerning about? Although it is not so accuracy, but we haven't seen any problems about the internal pull down resistors.

    Hi Wilson,

    Thank you for your fast response.

    My customer is concerning MCU's output drive ability.

    Japanese designer always check a circuit in worst case condition, even if he knows that is sufficient for drive.

    It's a japanese style. Sorry.
