Hello,

I have a question about DRV8301 fault.

Does DRV8301 have the fault status that could not be cleared even if the user have done "toggling EN_GATE" and

"writing '1' to control register 1 : GATE_RESET" ?

Is there any fault status like that on DRV8301 ?

I would appriciate if someone could reply to my question.

    Hi Hiroyasu

    All the latched nFAULT will be reset by EN_GATE toggling. The non latched nFAULT is just coming out directly in real time.

    If we still found nFAULT after toggling EN_GATE, it shows the fault conditions are still presented. We need to check and identify what kind of nFAULTs are there and get rid of the fault conditions first.
