Can anyone suggest good layout placement and guidelines for best thermal management performance of DRV8711 on a 4 layer pcb board.

Also any suggestions on external heat-sinking options  to the chassis would be greatly appreciated which could be applied to the DRV8711 and driver FET circuitry...
