DRV8711 Max sink current for open drain pin

When nFault is low, nFault-pin draws the current from pull-up voltage.
I think there is only leakage current of operating Hi-z in datasheet.

1. Could you let me know the Ron value of open drain pin?
2. Could you let me know the max sink current of open drain pin?

Shimizu,

As per data-sheet, open drain pins are tested at 5mA of sink current so you can assume this is a typical figure. as per this test, the max low voltage is shown as 0.5V, than means Rds of 100ohm.

I hope these figures should be fine for your first analysis, meanwhile I will ask designer to get the acutal data.

My customer can select pull-up register value of nFault line from No.2 information.

Shimizu-San,

As per designer input, For DRV8711, the maximum open drain sink current is 6mA across -40C ~ 85C.
