My stepper vibrate to much (shaking) when using DRV8805 at 24V

Hi guys,


I need your opinion about that,
why my Stepper Shaking when using DRV8805 , but when using ULN not Shaking.

I have checked :
VClamp Signal is stable
Enable Signal is Stable
Step Signal is Good
Connector Connection is good

The shaking is more at low speed , at high speed just little bit..
