I've been working with the kit for a little while, and everything was going well until some day for some unknown reason the motor stopped working (was working with build level 2 and 3, mostly with the PID_REG3 parameters). I checked everything as described by "HVMotorCtrl+PFCKit_HowToRunGuide.pdf" and found nothing wrong, then proceeded to check the power source and found that the switch (b/w the wall supply and board) and the kit had both a burnt fuse, so I replaced them with new ones. With that done, I checked the switch to prove that providede electricity (it did) and I connected to the kit, setup the rest of the kit to apply build level 4 and tried to make some tests, to what I found out that the motor would still not run.
When this happened I checked again the switch for its fuse and it was OK, but the fuse on the kit was blown, that made me think that maybe the motor had a problem and it was best to try the kit without it. I disconnected the kit from the motor and the computer, rechecked the setup (I thought that maybe I screwed up the procedure) and connected the wall supply to the kit and turned on the switch. At this step I was already a little worried so I was cheking step by step to know if every step was ok, so I turned off the switch and disconnected the wall supply and checked the switch fuse (it was OK) and the kit fuse (It was burnt). This make no sense to me since I didn't run the motor, connected the kit to PC, tried anything different from the setup, etc. and it is even more puzzling since the switch has a fuse of 3 A and the kit has one of 4 A.
Having come to this facts I have no idea where to go next or what the problem might be (except that there is a short circuit somewhere), so I find myself in the need for the schematic to check where the problem might be and/or need to know if there is some kind of troubleshooting guide that might discard the most commonly problems associated with the situation.
