Is it possible that the voltage of DAC supply adjusts OC_ADJ pin?
If OC_ADJ pin detect the voltage of pin, I think the above is possible.
If OC_ADJ pin detect the current of load, I think the above is impossible.

The recommended approach is to use a resistor. Some customers have been using a digital pot instead of a single resistor.
According to datasheets, some digital pots may power up as an open circuit. If it does, it is recommended to have a regular resistor in parallel so that the OC_ADJ pin will always see some resistance. The digital pot can then be used to reduce the resistance.
