I'm designing a circuit that needs to deliver +/- 50-100V pulses into a resistive load of 1k-2k ohms, The duty cycle would be low - about 10% at most.
Any chance the DRV8662 could do this? Any idea what rise and fall times I'd see (I need rectangular pulse, not sine waves...)

Unfortunately, I do not think the boost converter can support that much load current. I tried it on the bench and the boost started to collapse at 3kohms with 100V set to Vboost. It was working at higher load resistances though. See the scope shot below with 3kohm loading between OUT+ and OUT-. Feel free to try it with your loading using the DRV8662EVM though.
