No, I don't think it would affect the motor's lifetime. Lifetime should be based on how much current is going through the windings, and the number of revolutions the motor has spun. I guess after billion revolutions, bearings or other frictional components will wear. Also, 1A through small wires over thousands of hours could cause an electromigration type of effect. Neither are related to motors being in parallel with 1 driver.
