This is my first post, I have searched the forums on this but I cannot find that this question has been asked or answered before.  I have the TI Eval Kit for the DRV8312 and what I am wondering is are there any good suppliers of 4 pole BLDC motors (around 1800 rpm and around the 10 Watt brake power range)? I am looking for something that is commercially available and is purchased as just a motor, no controls with it.  I have been looking for some time but a motor like this seems hard to come by. I appreciate any help on this!

    Hi Mike,

    Sorry, we don't recommend motors. A web search can yield motor manufacturers that provide BLDC motors. Some of them have motors that have no controls (or limited such as the hall sensors) in them. The manufacturer can provide details on what is available.

    Other places to look are distributors of electronic equipment.
