DRV8432EVM - DC Stuff option for DC on Evaluation Board

Dear Sirs,

I bought a DRV8432EVM to make a proyect with TEC modules. As I see in the reference of the board, you included two spaces for capacitors marked as "Stuff option for DC" and in the schematich of the EVM I can see values of 0.68uF and 47uF... are these supposed to be used together?? in wich case I should use one of them?? or should I calculate my own values of capacitance for DC applications??
