Hi,
I'm wondering if there has been any development in haptic piezo actuators. I'm looking for an actuator that would work well in a wearable device to provide haptic feedback to the user in the form of vibration similar to a mobile phone notification. It would need to be relatively small: the largest dimension 10 mm or less.
Can you recommend anything like this that could showcase the advantage of the DRV8662's boost voltage capabilities? I have tried using the DRV8662 evaluation board with a Murata piezo, but I believe that the capacitance of that particular piezo was too high for the driver to handle.
Regards,
Brandon
