Hello Eric,
These transfer functions can get pretty complex when you start working through the Laplace math. Have you tried running a simulation in TINA or spice?

Could you describe what you are trying to do?

Hi Miranda,
We will use Filter frequency range from 2.5KHz to 5KHz or 2.5KHz to 4KHz then to reduce Piezo operation noise.
If have better method to design the RC value without using TINA try & error?

Eric,
The ones that you showed above are the simple 2 pole low pass filter that is tuned using the cut off frequency or 3dB point equations (2*pi*R*C)^(-1). If an active filter is what you are looking for, then here is a good reference www.ti.com/.../sloa049b.pdf.
