Dear all,

I would like to know different wake up time.

Q1; What is the Tdead?

What time does Output dead time stand for?

Q2; How long does this device take to output transition from AEN (or BEN) logic high?

Hi Yamamoto-san,

Tdead is the time from the high or low side FET turning off to the opposite FET turning on.

We will have to research question 2. We should be able to provide this answer in a few days.

Hi Yamamoto-san,

The time from xEN to output active varies but we are typically seeing approximately 350ns.
