    There are a couple of resources.

    Second is the NexFET forum ( LINK )

    FYI -- Additional information on the IDRIVE and TDRIVE of the DRV8701 under the Technical Documents Tab of the DRV8701 product folder. This will help tune the gate drivers for optimal performance.
