DRV8811 motor not working

I am using DRV8811 for my  project. I am using DC stepper motor of 1.8 step angle, current 1.5 A rating voltage 4.2 V. I give 3.2 ms pulse to step pin for 120 rpm. 

Voltage at Vref is 1.65V. Other component value for RCA,RCB,Isense is exactly same as mentioned in datasheet.My problem is 

1) Motor only vibrate internally. Shaft dosen't spin 

2) Bout1 & Bout2 dosent work

    Hi Sumit,

    Are you using the DRV8811EVM or your own design?

    If your own, please disconnect the motor, and measure the voltage across the BOUT1 and BOUT2 when the DRV8811 is enabled.

    What is the voltage measured? It should be approximately VM Volts. If not please determine if you have a connection problem from the DRV8811 to the motor.

    Do you have both VMA and VMB connected?

    When I disconnect motor from my customised DRV8811 board then voltage across BOUT1 & BOUT2 is 0V same happen for AOUT1 & AOUT2
