UC2625DW Thermal resistance

In one of our applications developed in Valence, we intend to use the UC2625DW.

Hello,

One of my Customers needs to perform thermal calculations on the UC2625DW but there is no data regarding the thermal resistance of the UC2625DW in its datasheet. Also the maximum power dissipation is not specified.

 Could you provide me with the following data on the UC2625DW ?

-          Rthj-c

-          Rthj-a

-          max power dissipation (5-20V)

    The values for the thermals impedances you requested are given below.

    Result- Theta JA-High K (standard datasheet value) 55.9
    Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value) 25.0
    Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value) 27.3

    If the device is operating at 25C then the max power dissipation is 1.788W as the max operating junction temperature is 125C. As the ambient temperature increases the max power dissipation values reduces.
