DRV8302 Fault pin always zero

Hi Umit,

The nFAULT pin is open drain, and requires a pullup resistor. Is there one attached?

If so, please look at section 7.4.3.6 of the datasheet for possible faults. Please check all of these and also double check the connection to the power pad.

yes it is attached to 3.2V.
I have already read datasheet for possible faults but I haven't found yet.
As you know share my drawing with you so how can I find my fault , please help me..

The schematic appears to be good.

Please measure and report the voltages of the following pins when nFAULT is low:
1) PVDD
2) GVDD
3) AVDD
4) DVDD
5) EN_GATE
6) M_PWM
7) INL_x and INH_x
8) BST_x
9) GL_x and GH_x

I have run my circuit and  Code Composer program. while   EnableFlag=1, I have  observed the following values.

1) PVDD=25V
2) GVDD=11V
3) AVDD=7V
4) DVDD=3V
5) EN_GATE=3V
6) M_PWM=3.2V

 INL_C=3.2V PWM

 INH_A=3.2V PWM

I made my measurements using an oscilloscope so I can see pwm signal .
