despite DRV8303 is specified to work up to 60V, is it reasonably possible to go beyond?

We cannot recommend operation past 60 V.

What is your requirement?

I have an already done design with DRV8303.
For only prototyping purposes, I would like to drive a motor where 80V are required to reach the maximal velocity.
We are currently redesigning the board but I wonder if I could use the current board (with DRB8303) until the new board would be available.

Hi,

I would not advise operation past 65 V (Abs. Max) as behavior is undefined and you risk damaging the device and system.

Hello,
As I said before, we are planning to upgrade our design to be able to drive up to 90V BLDC motors.
Unfortunately I don't see any TI driver for MOS-FET specified to work past 60V.
Is there any design modification allowing going beond 60V?
Or is there an other device similar to the DRV that is specified to work up to 90V?

We do not currently have an integrated motor drive device past 60 V.

We do have discrete high voltage half-bridge drivers.
