In the customer, there is the input voltage restriction for load.
We need the information by 4/Mar.

Hi Ryuji,

Here is only a reference for the MIN RDS(on). Note this is a reference boundary with conditions which not means every device can go down to that value. Hope it can help with your voltage estimation.

Min RDS(on) High-side: 240 mOhm
Min RDS(on) Low-side: 180 mOhm
