DRV8432 Tblank time at CBC mode

Hi,

My customer thinks below system.
We are looking for motor driver as solutnon of this system.
Customer uses Bruched DC motor

IN1=High, IN2=Low,
Motor speed is controled by VREF voltage.

At this time, Issue is 0A control.

Is there Tblank taime at CBC mode?

Can you explain 0A control? How does the customer plan to control 0A?

There is a typical 250ns tblank time (Ioct). Once CBC is activated, both inputs must be toggled to re-enable the outputs.

Thank you for your support.

Customer is using TB6559 at OSC mode.
This device is able to be operated Voltage input.
We are looking for replacing IC from TI Motor driver.

-> I'm sorry. That was my lack of understanding.

I add a question(confirmation).
I thought that CBC mode has only current limit and does not have over current protection(shutdown).
Is this my understanding correct?

Hi Shimizu-san,

The blanking time is for both CBC and overcurrent protection. Once the blanking time has expired, activation of the CBC limit or overcurrent protection is enabled.
