problem phase C use drv 8332

Please provide the steps you have tried to debug the problem.
Have you tried controlling Phase A, B and C without the motor?
If Phase A and B are working properly, it is likely something in the Phase C connections that are not correct.
What are the voltages at the xx_C outputs when trying to set the C output high?

yes, I tried controlling Phase A, B and C without the motor . I used 3 resistor 1MOhm .
when I test phase C .I use RestC=1 and PWM 40% use for PWMC , and not conected coltrol Phase A and B . when I test phase B and A it word properly
is It wrong ? please show me what must i do if I want to test without motor ?

Hi Vu,

Phase A and B are working. Please compare Phase A with Phase C. From your description, something probably different about the connections.

Check all signals after enabling and during running.

today I test my board , I see pin Fault always = 0, pin Otw =1, follow datasheet it can not work . But I check my board and I didn't see any problem in my boad, The DRV 8332 is it wrong ? and how can I check my drv 8332 ? Should I need new IC ?

Please provide the input conditions when fault = 0.
Have you checked your regulator outputs?
When the device is disabled, how much current is required?
Your device may be damaged, but it is difficult to determine with the information provided.

Roc= 27 K
FAULT pin alway =0;

What is the voltage on GVDD?
What is the PWM frequency? If less than 10kHz, please increase the PWM frequency to 20kHz and try again.

My Pwm frequency is 20khz, Gvdd =12V, PVDD=24V.
And I have question , I have soldering 8332 in my old board , Pvdd =12V it worked so great, but on new boar , I solder that drv 8332 again PVDD=24v and when I solder it in many time on some board, can it wrong? and what temperature when we want to solder it ?

Hi Vu,

The DRV8332 can be damaged when removed and resoldered. The board could also be damaged.

Temperature depends on many factors such as the type of solder and the pcb. You can search through tips from the manufacturers of the soldering equipment.
