Hi, I am nimash, 3rd year undergraduate of University of Moratuwa,

I want to build a Brush less DC motor controller which can tolerate 300v and 150A output.I indent to use "IRFP4668PbF"  n-MOSFET s and "IR2108(4)"  high/low side drivers for that.For the testing purposes I would like to tap pins(or paths of board) on DRV8312-69M-KIT develpment board and get 6 inputs for 3 high/ low side drivers.

on DRV8302 , there are output pins named as GH_A, GL_A, GH_B, GL_B,GH_B, GL_B. I want same kind of inputs to n-MOSFET set of mine but taken by tapping development kit(DRV8312-69M-KIT).Can you give me guide on how to do that?

Also I would like to ask for Circuit Diagram of DRV8312-69M-KIT develpment board.Thank you.

    Hi Nimash,

    The DRV8312 contains internal FETs. It is not designed to run at such high voltages.

    The schematics can be found in controlSUITE. Once downloaded and opened, search for DRV8312 and locate the Hardware Development Package.

    Schematics of a high voltage version are also available in controlSUITE. Search for "high voltage" and open the schematics under the Hardware Development Package folder. This is the schematic for the TMDXHVMTRKIT5X
