is there a difference in putting the device to sleep with nSLEEP Low or nRESET High ? Why should I prefer to do it with nRESET?

Hi Igor,
nSLEEP low disables more low internal circuitry, reducing the current to 10uA typical.
nRESET low disables the bridges, but does not disable the charge pump and other circuitry.
When entering sleep mode, it is recommended to drive the inputs to a logic low. This will further reduce the current by preventing current flow through the input pulldown resistors.
