PMSM motor loading

Hi,

I am using EMJ 04 PB22 PMSM motor, 3000 rpm . I am planning to load my motor with another motor. How to select the loading motor .What all considerations should be taken care of?

What is the application of this reqirement? Are you going to do loading test so using another motor as a cotrolled dummy load?

Yes, I am doing FOC in PMSM using TMDSHVMTRPFRCKIT.
I want to test its performance under various loads & Evaluate its current waveforms.
I am planning to couple a DC motor with a variable resistive load in series at the output of PMSM.
I want to know how to select the DC motor. My PMSM is rated for 200V, 200Hz, 3000rpm, 2.7Arms.
