For the NC pins, is the recommendation is to grounded them (as indicated in the d/s) since in the EVM the NC pin are left open?

Yes. Either ground or float the NC pin will be fine. You can just following the d/s recommendation.

Datasheet shows connecting to GND of N.C pin.

What is the difference of influence to DRV8412 between "float" and "GND"?

Does N.C pin connect to GND at internal?

Hi Shimizu-san,

There should be no difference between "float" and "GND"

The NC pin does not connect to GND internally. The NC pin is floating internally.
