DRV2605 is passable driving BLDC vibration motor?

Typically if the BLDC needs only a 3V supply then you will have to provide only a 3V supply and Gnd. Some BLDC do have 3 wires which require VCC,PWM and GND. But your ERM looks like you only need VCC and cannot control the duty cycle. If that's the case then you only have to provide power and not use any IC.

Any idea why you picked this motor? Why not an ERM that has better control? What is your application?

Now my product is already design drv2605 + ERM vibration motor. But the ERM vibration strength is not good experience.

My custom want to try drv2605 + BLDC vibration motor. 

I want check the drv2605 is passable provide 3V constant voltage without any duty cycle. (output+) and GND (output-)

Why did the ERM is a not good experience? What is the ERm specifications? BLDC performance is worse than ERM so I am surprised that the ERM was not good. Do you know which is the ERM you were using? Is the acceleration not good and that's why you want to switch to BLDC?

Choose BLDC is my customer HW. And my customer want try this case.

I am sw engineer. I don't have enough HW background. 

So I need check first.

Is the drv2605 passable provide 3V constant voltage without any duty cycle. (output+) and GND (output-) ?

If passable, I need modify code and provider my customer to test.

If not, I will reply my customer, the drv2605 can't provider.

DRV2605 uses H-bridge and PWM output as the carrier signal.
the voltage of the PWM high is about VDD.

so if you apply 3V to the DRV2605 VDD, and configure it properly, it can output constant 3V DC with 100% duty cycle.
