Is it Possible to drive the LRA motor continuously using this DRV2605L break board and connecting it with Arduino? If yes what pins should I use.Thanks

Yes, that is the purpose of this chip... Please refer to the datasheet. You will most likely use all the pins.
Also look at the user guide for the full DRV2605LEVM-CT.
