Thank you for the information. Could you supply scope captures of the driver 6 gate signals?

If you change the SYNREC register in the GUI to zero do you get better performance?

For your current prob scope capture, where are you tying the ground reference for the prob?

it's much better to change the SYNREC register. It's the  new current waveform.

This issue was fixed. But I have the question, why does this happen? If I use the synchronous reftification, it should work better. And I also have the problem at the high speed mode, there is a high current occured at the phase change. Can we reduce this current?
