Hello,

I am using this chip DRV8704

I'm Select Drive mos.

DRV8704 described below.

Design parameters RT 20ns to 100ns，but CSD18540Q5B RT 9ns. It does not seem to fit DRV8704.

Please let me know how to choose DRIVE MOS.

Hi user4781708,

The two rise time numbers are at different locations. The DRV8704 target FET gate rise time is at the gate of the CSD18540Q5B. The RT of the CSD18540Q5B is at the source or drain.

Adjusting the gate rise time can reduce noise in the system.
