I'm looking for a motor driver or pre-driver IC for 12V BLDC.
Requirements are...

- for automotive
- operating ambient temperature exceed 125C (about 130C)
- gate drive current is 2.5A

Hi George,

What FETs are being used? What is the target rise and fall times of the FET gates?

Please take a look at the DRV8305-Q1. With adjustable IDRIVE and TDRIVE settings, it may be suitable.

Thank you for your reply.

We have not yet decided system specifications in detail,
so we have not yet selected driver IC : integrated driver (such as DRV8332) or pre-driver (such as DRV8305).

At first I confirm DRV8305-Q1 immediately.
Please help me if specifications are decided later.
