Hi Team,

Q1- How accurate is the IPD? with which accuracy and precision are we able to detect the initial position of the motor?

Q2- Are we able to let the motor run until a certain position is reached?

Customer needs to know exactly the position of the motor and also they have to tell the motor to run until a certain exact position. Is this possible with DRV10983-Q1?

    Q1- How accurate is the IPD? with which accuracy and precision are we able to detect the initial position of the motor?

    IPD can detect one of the six position in steps of 60 degree in one electrical sector, basically it has resolution of 60 electrical degree. 

    Q2- Are we able to let the motor run until a certain position is reached? 

    This functionality is not supported in DRV10983Q1, it can only detect position
