DRV8313 VM Motor Power Supply Pins

Hi,

What is the internal block that each pin(4 pin and 11 pin for HTSSOP package) is connected to although DRV8313 has two VM motor power supply pins ?
According to the data sheet, I understand that VM pins are connected to the charge-pump, the regulators and the output stages.
Could you please give us your advice about it ?

Hi Kato-san,

Can you clarify your question?

Pins 4 and 11 are connected to the charge pump, regulators, high side FETs of the outputs. VM is also indirectly connected to the undervoltage monitor.

Hi Rick-san,

Thank you for your quick response.
Which of the pins has the high current since our customer would like to design in consideration of the high current ?
I believe that it isn't necessary to care the layout if the pins of 4 and 11 are connected in the inside of DRV8313.

Hi Kato-san,

Both pins 4 and 11 are connected to the output FETs and carry high current.
