The maximum current depends on many factors, such as PVDD1 voltage, switching frequency and duty cycle, and bootstrap capacitor values.

How drv8302 current depend on the PWM switching frequency?
Can i use DRV8302 to make E-car or E-bike??My E-car's or bike's motor draw average current of 12A and maximum of 30A.

Yes, you can use the DRV8302 for you E-car/E-bike. This assumes the device is operating within the absolute maximum specifications.

my buck converter is working but while working, the device get shutdown or give output of 0V for a short time (I think 500ms).And my PWRGD pin is always stays at 1.87V( not at 5V) while running.

A 500ms dropout may be due to overtemperature.

Are you using a scope or meter to read the voltage on PWRGD? If a meter, please use a scope. With a scope you should be able to determine if the PWRGD pin is toggling (it should not be).
