I would like to understand how it is related step/ain1(then I send a pulse ) to  microstepping , how  the  frequency of step  , duty cicle  step is related to curve  of  microstepping.

    Hi Francesco,

    Once the DRV8711 is configured, each step pulse increments or decrements the indexer table by one depending on the direction setting. This changes the percentage of current in the two coils. The datasheet shows full step to 1/8 microstepping. As the microstepping rate increases, the change in current at each step decreases.

    The frequency of step sets the speed of the motor.

    Assuming the duty cycle produces a minimum Twh(step) and Twl(step), the duty cycle of the step has no relation to the curve of the microstepping.
