Hello sir,

I have used DRV8305 to drive the Half Bridge MOSFETS.

My question is:

Is it good to put 1nF capacitor between gate and source of the lower side MOSFETs?

Hi Dinesh,

There should be no need to add the capacitor. Adding the capacitor will increase the current required from the gate driver.

If you would like to experiment with adding one, you can place the capacitor and leave the component unpopulated.
