Dear Sir, we are using DRV8825 stepper driver for our product. In that we are facing noise issue. Our stepping method described below

Stepper Motor Details
Motor Type	Hybrid Stepper Motor (Bipolar)
Motor Angle	1.8 degree
Stepping mode	Micro stepping (1/8 steps)
Operating Vtg	18V, DC
Operating Freg Range	50Hz - 30kHz
RPM range	1RPM to 600RPM
Motor Driver	DRV 8825
Vref (DRV 8825)	0.2v to 0.5v

Please give your suggestion to solve this issue

Hi Stephen,

What decay mode are you using? Have you tried other decay modes?
What is the sense resistor value?
Can you provide scope captures of the current waveforms?

Thank you for your reply. Here is the ans for your queries:

We are using mixed decay mode, also we tried fast & slow decay modes. When compare to fast & slow we feel that mixed is better so we are using mixed decay mode.
0.1 Ohm resistor.
Below is the scope captures for micro stepping (1/8), Vref = 0.2V. Fig1 (60 rpm) Fig2 (100 rpm). Output waveform taken from DRV Step i/p.
