Back emf protection in DRV8821?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DRV8821

Hi, I don't know if this is the right forum or not but it's the only one that seems related.

If an unpowered DRV8821 is connected to a motor and that motor is suddenly mechanically driven (say it's connected to a sliding door by a belt), the back emf presumably will flow through the bridge FET body diodes and will be safely dissipated, at least to some extent.  Is there any kind of current rating for the body diodes, or how do I know that this will not cause any failures?   Thanks
