DRV8432: How to buffer the pressure on the top(HEAT SLUG) for DRV8432?

Dear technical support team,

 

I have two questions about DRV8432.

 

1.)

DRV8432 has the structure to attach a heat sink on the top(HEAT SLUG).

How much to withstand pressure when attaching heatsink to DRV8432?

Because I worry that too strong pressure causes the damage of the IC when I attach a heat sink on IC.

 

2. )

DRV8432EVM has heatsink for DRV8432.

Could you tell me what kind of buffering method for fixing heatsink on the top(HEAT SLUG) ?

Probably I guess that it wasn't only just tighten a screw directly,

for example , but also using the heat radiation sheet or the spring between heatsink and IC are soften the load to an IC .
