My customer is using DRV8301 in their project. And some chip will show GVDD_UV ERROR. And test find the GVDD volatge is only 3.3V. And we verify the pin impedance and find that the GVDD to GND is only 10ohm. Could you help to analysis what will casue the GVDD_UV. After repalce the new one, the board can work again. If the chip is failure, it should be failure at the first time.
