DRV2700: DRV2700 EVM firmware update issue

Dear Engineer;

Our customer who update the DRV2700 EVM firmware and appeared the error as following. Could you please help to analysis?

The update firmware found in :

C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\PiezoControlConsole 1.2.9\EVMFirmwareUpdater\Firmware\DRV2700EVM_v1p7.txt

Hi, Kailyn:

does a "re-try" work?

we are following the procedure from MSP430 program guide.

when the above error happens, we are trying to unlock the mini-BSL.

please refer to below:

i think it's possible that the EVM is broken. you might need another EVM.
