iam try to make a 3 phase bldc motor controller using drv8302.My motor run with my pcb (but MOSFETs on the breadboard not on the PCB) but when i shift the MOSFETs on the PCB then my IC got burn.
can u please help me with this.

yes, placement of the mosfets changes. On the PCB all the mosfets are in a line (side by side) while on the breadboard 3 high side mosfets are in a line and 3 low side mosfets are in a other line (Faces of the mosfets are towards each other). And while using MOSFETs on the breadboard ,the current in the mosfets flows in the breadboard not in the PCB.
Above testing was done with PVDD voltage of 39V.
If i use the PVDD of 55V the IC burned even using the mosfets on the breadboard(After giving about 20% throttle).
And with PVDD of 24V the IC work perfectly even using the mosfets on the PCB.
I am trying to run 1kw motor @48V for automotive purpose. using IRF260n mosfets.Total gate charge of the mosfets is 234nC.
Can gate charge of the mosfets create the problem???
At 24V spikes of 5V occur at SH_X pins (means 39V with respect to GND) without connecting the motor.
At 55V spikes of approx 6V occur at SH_X pins (means 61V with respect to GND) without connecting the motor.Do the spikes increases after connecting the motor?
I am using 3000uF bulk capacitor.I think that is enough for 1KW motor.
Can u please tell me how to calculate the bootstrap,GVDD,AVDD capacitor and gate resistor values?
