DRV8844: 4ch low side switch

Dear Support team,

 

Is it possible to use DRV8844 as 4ch low side switch?

In that case, should we connect directly SRC12 and SRC34 to GND?

Are OCP function individually available for the each channels?

    Hi Takahashi-san,

    Yes it is possible to use the DRV8844 as a 4ch low side switch.
    You can connect SRC12 and SRC34 directly to VNEG if current monitoring is not required.
    OCP are individually available for each channel. Please refer to section 7.3.5.1 of the datasheet for details.
