I asked the distribution data of VTRIP and Min/Max value of tOFF in my previous E2E below.

And then I got below reply.
* Vtrip has a normal distribution at 200mV with 4 Sigma inside the MIN to MAX range.
Could you let me know about the number of samples for the distribution data?
